It heated up quickly and made my hand uncomfortable to hold.

I was really disappointed because the prescription I received wasn’t right, and it ended up giving me headaches. I expected things to be handled more carefully, so this was frustrating.

So I ordered these loupes and pretty much from day one, the working distance felt off. I found myself leaning forward way more than I should have, which got uncomfortable fast. I reached out to support, but the replies were slow, and in the end I just didn’t end up using them much.

Shipping was quick overall, and the tracking emails were actually helpful. I was kind of assuming it would show up around the first estimated date since that’s usually how these orders go, but it came one day later. Everything arrived in good shape though, so it wasn’t really a big deal. I’d order from them again.

The magnification is good and the view is clear. It did take me a little bit to adjust to it, but that doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with it. Once I got used to it, it worked just fine.

Got it handled in the end, but the return process dragged a bit.

I’ve been using my LumaDent for a few weeks now, and overall it’s been a solid setup. The fit is good, and I’m happy that it doesn’t bother my neck or ears even on longer days, which was my biggest concern going in. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the weight. It’s not terrible, but I definitely start to notice it after a while. For the price, I was hoping it would feel a little lighter, so I do think some kind of adjustment or compensation would be fair. Still, it’s a good product overall.

I bought this from Lumadent a while back, maybe sometime in late spring or early summer, I can’t remember the exact date. I really thought it would hold up better, but it started giving me problems quickly. The battery doesn’t last like it should, and now the light feels kind of hit or miss. For what it costs, I expected it to be a lot more durable. Disappointed overall.

It’s not a bad product overall, and it does work fine, but the field of view feels narrower than I expected. At first I thought I could just get used to it, but it’s been frustrating enough that I’m considering reaching out to support or escalating the issue if there’s no real fix. For the price, I was expecting a bit more.

I bought a couple of accessories from lumadent because I thought they would work with my light, but they just kind of didn’t. The connection was not matching right, and one of the pieces felt loose in a way that made it basically not usable for me.

Customer support took a while, and I ended up doing this back-and-forth thing trying to figure out what was even compatible. Maybe I missed some tiny detail somewhere, but it felt more confusing than it should have been. For the price, it was frustrating honestly...

I really wanted to like this, but it was just too hard for me to get used to. The setup took way longer than I expected, and even after that, using it felt kinda awkward. Maybe other people pick it up faster, but I kept getting frustrated and eventually just stopped using it. Not bad exactly, just not for me I guess

Well... I’m happy with it so far. The build feels really solid, and the light works great. No complaints from me.

I remember being so excited when I first got this light because it looked really nice and gave the room such a cozy feel. But that feeling faded fast once I had to clean it. Dust and little splatters get trapped in all the small spots, and no matter how much I wipe it down, it still doesn’t feel completely clean. every time I look at it now, I just remember the hassle instead of enjoying it. The maintenance takes way more effort than it should, and for me it’s just not worth the headache

This thing was uncomfortable from the start. No matter how I tried to adjust it, it never really sat right in my mouth, so I gave up on it quickly...

Overall, the optical clarity is decent, just not quite as crisp as I was hoping for. For everyday use it works fine, but I do notice a bit of blur around the edges now and then. Not a dealbreaker, just something I picked up on.

It works okay overall, but the light is Way too bright for me. After using it for a while, it starts to hurt my eyes, which gets annoying. Not terrible, just wish it was a bit softer.

I got it set up without too much hassle. The instructions were mostly clear, but there was one part that took me a little while to figure out. i think it felt more annoying because I was trying to do it at a bad time. Overall though, it went fine.

The mount feels really solid. I haven’t noticed any wobbling while I’m working, which makes it way less annoying to use
